Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to European Union countries.

If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at contact@bouncyhunters.com and we will try to assist.


3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Germany

  • Standard Shipping: approx. 1–3 business days

  • Shipping cost: calculated at checkout (based on DHL rates)

European Union

  • Standard EU Shipping: approx. 3–7 business days

  • Shipping cost: calculated at checkout depending on destination and parcel weight

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal volume.


4. Order Tracking

All parcels are shipped with tracking.
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your order’s journey.


5. Shipping Provider

All orders are shipped with DHL or DHL International for EU destinations.
DHL is our trusted partner for reliable and fast delivery.


6. Customs & Duties (EU)

All shipments within the European Union are duty-free.
If you order from outside the EU (future expansion), customs fees may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.
Bouncy Hunters is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Lost packages caused by carrier errors

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be required to pay for re-shipping.


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days at contact@bouncyhunters.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with DHL.
